INGREDIENTS:

Butternut Squash* Red lentils* Cauliflower* Coconut milk* Curry* Cumin* Fenugreek* Ginger* Mustard* Fennel* Onion* Garlic* Turmeric* Black pepper* Himalayan pink Salt *Organic

TO REHYDRATE:

Remove oxygen absorber. Pour into pot

Add 2-1/2 cups water. Bring to simmer. Stir while heating over low flame for 2 minutes.
